Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, add soda, stir.
Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks to a froth with a mixer, and put the whites in the refrigerator.
Mix cottage cheese with yolks. Add semolina, condensed milk, mix.
Cut bananas and apples into small cubes. Add fruit to the curd mass.
Beat the cooled whites with a mixer until fluffy. Carefully mix with the dough.
Put the mass into a greased mold and bake. The temperature is 200 degrees, the time is 40 minutes.
This curd casserole with condensed milk is good in cold form.
