Cooking method
Take a saucepan, pour water into it, add sugar, put cinnamon sticks and put it to boil. As soon as it boils, turn down the heat and continue to cook, stirring, for fifteen minutes. In a frying pan in butter, fry bread slices on both sides, previously peeled from the crust.
Take a deep refractory mold, put a layer of toasted bread in it. Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top, then add a layer of raisins. And we complete the picture with dried pineapple slices. We put small and thin pieces of cheese on pineapples.
So we got 5 layers. We make two or three more of the same. The last layer we should have cheese. Now pour the pudding with boiled syrup and put it in a preheated 175-degree oven for 30 minutes. Such food can be served both hot and cold, according to your choice.
