Cooking method
Let's pass the hare meat through the meat grinder, freeing it from the bones in advance. Together with the hare, we will skip pork. Next, cut the onion very finely and add it to the recently skipped meat. Add eggs, ground pepper and salt, having previously mixed them. From the minced meat, which we put on gauze soaked in water, we will make a roll. First, it is necessary to lubricate the baking sheet with fat, on which the roll will be fried. We will send the roll to fry until ready for an hour, pouring the fat that has recently leaked out. The food is ready to eat! You can make a broth from the bones of a hare and use it to prepare sauces for dishes.
We wish you a pleasant appetite!
