Excellent filling for pies - meat souffle with mushrooms! Involuntarily participating in culinary "conferences" about food, our only man in the department once asked if there were pies for men? Obviously, the question arose after discussing the recipe for "men's salad". All the women thought about it, and for half a day there was an appearance of hard work in the team, there was such silence. The next day, Maria Vasilyevna, our chief accountant, solemnly placed a plate on the table and said that it was a man's pie. Everyone tried, admired and rushed to write down the recipe. However, it was called a cream souffle. But it tastes like a real man's pie – with meat.

We clean the mushrooms and boil half of them in salted water, pepper.
We grind any boiled meat in a blender, add cheese, washed chopped greens and an egg to it. Beat the whole mass with a blender.
The second half of the mushrooms is finely chopped and fried with chopped onions. Add fried mushrooms to the meat, salt well, add aromatic spices and flour. We knead it.
You can use cream souffle in the form of fillings for pies - you need to add it inside. You can take the purchased puff pastry, roll it into two layers. Put the first one on a baking sheet, having decorated the sides. Put a souffle cream on it. And close the top with a second layer of dough, making 3 holes in it. Pinch the edges. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees. 40 minutes.
