Having prepared porridge from whole oats stewed in a pot according to this culinary recipe, you will pleasantly surprise your relatives. The traditional preparation of porridge is to simmer it in a pot in a hot oven, naturally for lack of an oven. This porridge turns out to be a cancellation compared to the porridge that was cooked in a saucepan on a gas stove. Porridge in a pot turns out to be much fluffier, crumbly. If, of course, it is correct to determine the ratio of the volume of water and porridge, and what is important – the temperature regime. To prepare porridge in a pot, according to this culinary recipe, we sort out whole grain oats, wash them, and put them in a saucepan. Pour boiling water and cover with a lid. Leave in this form for about 8 hours at room temperature. After these 8 hours have passed, we put the oats together with water in a clay pot and put the pot in a preheated oven to 100 C. We keep the pot in the oven for about 2 hours. Then take out the pot and add salt, sugar and mix thoroughly. And if you are not on a diet, we put butter there. For dietary purposes, you can fill the porridge with yogurt. It turns out a great meal for breakfast. Enjoy your meal!
