Step-by-step cooking
Probably everyone in his life has faced the problem of lack of money or austerity. Such a moment came in my life and my refrigerator was suddenly empty. Now it contained only the most inexpensive, but at the same time useful products. It was at this time that I learned to cook a lot of different delicious budget food. So, for example, I learned how to make a cabbage casserole with semolina according to a fairly simple culinary recipe. I'm telling you about this miracle dish! We start by washing the cabbage, freeing it from the upper leaves, shredding it, then stewing with milk and salt for about 10-15 minutes. After that, pour in the semolina and continue to cook our mass on low heat for another 10 minutes. Do not forget to stir our mixture. After the specified time, we spread the contents of the frying pan into another frying pan (or mold) with an oiled bottom and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Level the surface, pour a mixture of sour cream and egg on top, put the pan (or mold) in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for about 15 minutes. After this time, the casserole can be served to the table!
