Cooking method
I really adore apples. This is my favorite fruit. Raw apples are a very healthy food, But apple pies are not only healthy, but also delicious. What could be better than a cup of green tea mixed with a fragrant apple pie. There is more than one culinary recipe for apple pie. There are even several ways to make apple pie with cinnamon. I like most of all the apple pie with cinnamon, which has the name "Mademoiselle".
To start, prepare the dough. Sift the flour into a bowl where you are going to knead the dough. Pour out powdered sugar to it. Then add the mashed butter, egg and start mixing everything to make the dough. Then put it to cool for 2 hours in the refrigerator. During this time, we peel the apples from the skin, remove the core from them and cut each apple into slices. Take a lemon and squeeze the juice out of it. Put the apples in lemon juice. Chop walnuts into small pieces. Three lemon zest on a grater. Add it to the nuts. Mix it up. Then we put cinnamon, ground cloves and vanilla sugar here. Take the dough and roll it out into a rectangle. It should come out with the size of your baking sheet. We spread it on it, having previously greased the baking sheet with oil. Pierce the dough in different parts with a fork. Then spread the nut mixture evenly on it. Put the apple slices on it alternately. Bake this pie in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees for about 35 minutes. When the pie is taken out of the oven, coat it with apricot jam. This should be done very carefully so as not to break the apple slices. Enjoy your meal!
