Peel the apples, remove the cores and cut into thin slices. And now fry them on homemade caramel: to do this, take a frying pan, melt a small piece of butter on it, pour sugar and arrange the apple slices. After 6-7 minutes, add more sugar and add cinnamon, which is a kind of highlight of this pie. Pour a spoonful of sweet berry tincture into the caramel or, if there is none, vodka, so that the sugar dissolves better. Grease the cake pan with butter and put the apple slices into it. Top them with sponge dough made from flour, eggs and sugar. Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees and bake the apple pie for 20-30 minutes. When it is ready, turn it over and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
