Layered pie with apples on margarine

Apple pie is easy to cook, and delicious to eat! A pie with apples from puff pastry is very often offered to be made from the finished offal. I like the culinary recipe more, when the puff pastry itself is also made at home, and not bought in a store.

So, for puff pastry, we take margarine for baking. Chop it into small pieces and mix with the sifted flour. In another bowl, stir the egg and add table vinegar and water to it. Chop the dough without interrupting, but pour into it carefully an egg with water and vinegar. Knead the dough and put it in the refrigerator for 40 minutes. We pull the dough out of a cold place and cut it into two parts.
Sprinkle the table with flour and spread the dough on it. Roll out into a rectangle according to the size of your baking sheet. We moisten it with a little water. Then we put the dough and put it with a baking sheet in the refrigerator for a few minutes. During this time, we roll out another layer, fold it in half and make incisions. We also put it in the refrigerator. Pull out the baking sheet. We put apples peeled and cut into slices on it. Sprinkle them with sugar. Cover with a second layer of dough, which we also pull out of a cold place. Top the pie with an egg. But do not smear the edges, otherwise the pie will not rise. Bake it in the oven at a temperature of 220 degrees for 25 minutes. Apple pie made of puff pastry is a delicious and satisfying meal. Bon appetit!

Be prepared for the fact that you may need more or less flour than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough. To avoid mistakes, read about flour and its properties!

Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
