Step 1:
How to make pasta with chicken and broccoli? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. As a chicken, I take a fillet of legs. It is not as dry as, for example, breast fillets. Broccoli can be taken frozen. Moreover, there is no need to defrost them in advance.
Step 2:
Boil the pasta until cooked according to the instructions on the package. In the process of cooking, add a little salt. Then flip into a colander to remove all excess moisture.
Step 3:
Rinse the chicken fillet in running water and dry it with a paper towel. Cut the meat into small pieces. Put the chopped chicken fillet in a hot frying pan and fry, with the addition of olive oil, for 12-15 minutes. The chicken will become an appetizing ruddy color
Step 4:
Then add broccoli inflorescences and finely chopped garlic to the pan. If the broccoli is large, then they can be cut into 2-3 pieces. Fry everything together for 2-3 minutes.
Step 5:
Pour the cream into the pan. Add salt and ground pepper to taste. Simmer all together for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 6:
Add chopped parsley. Grate the parmesan cheese and sprinkle it over the chicken meat with broccoli. Leave a little grated cheese to sprinkle the finished dish.
Step 7:
Add the finished pasta to the sauce and mix everything.
Step 8:
Pasta with broccoli and chicken in cream sauce is ready! Put it on a platter and be sure to sprinkle with the remaining grated Parmesan. Serve hot. Enjoy your meal!
Chicken can be replaced with turkey or any other type of meat at your request. But keep in mind that in this case, the cooking time and calorie content of the dish will change.
Since the degree of salinity, sweetness, bitterness, sharpness, acid, burning is individual for everyone, always add spices, spices and seasonings, focusing on your taste! If you put some of the seasonings for the first time, then keep in mind that there are spices that it is especially important not to shift (for example, chili pepper).
