Step-by-step cooking
A very simple recipe for potato casserole with mushrooms belongs to the category of homemade food. This dish is very popular in my family, as it can be eaten at any time of the day. To prepare the casserole, peel the potatoes, and then cook in salted water until ready. We make mashed potatoes from boiled potatoes, adding chicken eggs and butter. Mix all the components until smooth. Mushrooms are washed in water and cleaned. Cut the champignons into small pieces and fry in a frying pan with heated olive oil. The baking dish is greased with butter and sprinkled with flour. Spread half of the puree evenly on the bottom of the mold. Put the prepared champignons on top. For lovers, you can add a layer of lightly fried onions. The next layer is the remaining mashed potatoes. Sprinkle grated parmesan on top and put pieces of butter. We send it to a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for 40 minutes. I advise you not to set it too high, because the cheese may overcook. Potato casserole with mushrooms is ready, bon appetit!
