Step-by-step cooking
There are so many potato recipes in the world that it's hard to even come up with something new. Therefore, if you need to feed your family with a second course or breakfast, make a potato casserole with minced meat. This is a delicious and satisfying meal!
So, to make a casserole, wash the potatoes, peel them and cut them into circles.
Preheat the mold by pre-greasing it with any fat. Then put one half of the potatoes in the mold.
And now let's cook the minced meat. To do this, we will beat two eggs into the already prepared minced meat, add mustard and salt, pepper and garlic passed through the press. From the resulting mass, we will wind small balls and lay them on top of potatoes. And then we will put that part of the potatoes that is left on the minced meat. We can add a little salt to it.
And now it's the turn of the tomato. We'll wash them thoroughly, and then cut them into rings, also laying them on top of the potatoes.
Rub 300 grams of cheese on a coarse grater, put it on top. Therefore, we will thoroughly mash all this with mayonnaise and put it in the oven, preheated.
Fry for about half an hour until the minced meat is ready. Sprinkle grated cheese on top about 15 minutes before cooking. And back into the oven. Oh, and it turns out delicious!
