Step-by-step cooking
These supermarkets spoiled us. It's easier for us to go there and buy something delicious than to cook ourselves at home. Of course, there are soy reasons for this. The first and most important is the lack of time. But this recipe that I want to offer you requires a minimum of costs, for what kind of healthy food it is. So a casserole with cottage cheese, pumpkin and apple. Where do we start. At the very beginning we go to the market and buy the necessary products. Take the pumpkin, peel, cut into cubes and cook. When it is almost ready, drain the water and whisk with a blender until smooth, then add the semolina and let it swell. Now egg and crackers. Stir well. Next, cut the apples into slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice so that they do not darken. We also prepare cottage cheese. Rub it with sugar and yolk and at the end give the whites that you have beaten to a foam. Take a baking sheet, now lay out everything in layers. First comes pumpkin, then apples and cottage cheese. In the oven for twenty minutes.
