So a casserole with cottage cheese, pumpkin and apple. Where do we start. At the very beginning we go to the market and buy the necessary products. Take the pumpkin, peel, cut into cubes and cook. When it is almost ready, drain the water and whisk with a blender until smooth, then add the semolina and let it swell. Now egg and crackers. Stir well. Next, cut the apples into slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice so that they do not darken. We also prepare cottage cheese. Rub it with sugar and yolk and at the end give the whites that you have beaten to a foam.
