Cooking method
So, we take the flesh of veal, cut the meat lengthwise so that the layer is 2 times larger than the original one. The resulting piece is thoroughly salted and beaten off. Now we put the filling of our roll. Cover with thin slices of bacon, smoked meat (or ham). Take the eggs, beat them and lightly fry in oil. After cooling the eggs, lubricate the filling with them.
Now sprinkle with finely chopped pickles. Then we roll the meat into a tight roll, the edges and the middle of the roll must be tied with a thread so that the filling does not fall out.
Fry the smoked roll on both sides in a hot frying pan for 5-10 minutes. Next, pour in water, put the pan in the oven for an hour and a half (do not forget to periodically pour meat juice over the roll. The dish is served with boiled or fried potatoes, rice, stewed vegetables, salad.
