Potatoes with vegetables in a pot are a popular dish in the Caucasus, in the old days it was it is customary to cook on a fire, now the fire has been replaced by an oven.

I put the pots in a preheated oven to 18-200 degrees and stew for an hour and a half. Already in the finished dish, I add chopped parsley and garlic and mix again.
