Vietnam has always been famous for its original cuisine. The culinary recipe presented here is no exception. Vietnamese food very often includes seafood and there is always an abundance of various spices and seasonings. Baked fish in Vietnamese is just an example of a typical Vietnamese dish. Try to cook fish according to this recipe and you will definitely like it.
Almost any fresh white fish is suitable for cooking this dish.
First we will clean the fish from the bones. We will only need a fillet of fish. Then cut the tomatoes and mix them in a separate bowl with the fish fillet. Add ginger, garlic, sugar, pepper and mint. Pour sesame oil and lemon juice. Mix all the components.
Now preheat the oven to a temperature of 230-250 degrees. On a large piece of foil or 2 pieces and lay out our mixture. Put the carrot cut into large pieces on top. Now you need to wrap the foil to make a dense briquette and juice does not flow out of it.
Place the briquette in the oven for 15 minutes. During this time, the fish will be baked.
Now we take the foil out of the oven and, carefully unwrapping it, put it on plates. The fish is ready. In Vietnam, this dish is, of course, served with rice.
