Step-by-step cooking
So, we wash and dry the carp fillet, rub it with salt, sprinkle with pepper and leave it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. In the meantime, our carp cools and absorbs salt and pepper, take tomatoes, peel them and blanch, green pepper – cut into strips, and onions – rings. We remove his "uniform" from the boiled potatoes and cut into slices. Find a fireproof metal mold among your utensils and lubricate it with oil. We put potatoes on its bottom (during cooking it will be soaked with the juices of tender carp), carp fillets on top, green pepper on the carp, then tomatoes, and onion rings will occupy the top of our structure. Put the mold in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes. In the meantime, do not waste time and prepare the sauce. For it, mix flour with sour cream, lemon juice, salt and sugar to taste. Now our baked carp needs to be poured with this sauce and left in the oven for another 5 minutes. You can serve it on the table, garnished with lemon slices and sprigs of parsley.
