Cooking method
I really like to cook a variety of culinary recipes from different national cuisines. One of the most favorite is Azerbaijani cuisine, since almost all food in this country is added a huge amount of spices, herbs and various seasonings. One of the favorite recipes is Stuffed fish in Azerbaijani. Therefore, I want to share with you the way of its preparation.
Since Kutum is difficult to find, it can be replaced with carp. Wash the fish thoroughly, gut it, remove all the scales and remove the skin (it should remain intact, as it will come in handy later), take out all the bones, pass the fish fillet through a meat grinder. Finely chop the onion, pass it to a rich golden color. Nuts, dried apricots and garlic should be finely chopped. Then combine all the ingredients, seasoning everything with salt and pepper. We take the skin that we removed from the fish, stuff it with the minced meat that we have and bake it in the oven. As you can see, there is nothing complicated, but the fish will turn out, you will lick your fingers. When you serve it to the table, be sure to decorate with coriander and green onion, it will turn out very beautifully.
