Step 1:
Boil the non-greasy beef until fully cooked
Step 2:
And we pass it through a meat grinder along with raw potatoes.
Step 3:
Fry the finely chopped onion in melted butter until golden brown, and add it to the resulting minced meat.
Step 4:
Grease the pan with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. We spread the cooked minced meat on it in an even layer.
Step 5:
Then carefully level the surface of the minced meat with a knife to give the dish a beautiful look. Lubricate with a well-stirred egg, sprinkle, of course, with breadcrumbs, and pour vegetable oil on top.
Step 6:
We send it to the preheated oven, where we bake the armlets for twenty to twenty–five minutes. Ready-made armlov is served cut into pieces, like a pie. We put sour cream on the table separately.
