A magical dessert with a filling melting in your mouth. Volovany is my mother's signature culinary recipe, which she brought from America. They are round puff pastry pies, which are stuffed ready-made, like tartlets. The filling for volovans is diverse, the consistency resembles minced meat. The hit of children's holidays will certainly be volovany stuffed with bananas and chocolate butter.

Defrost the puff pastry and roll it out to a thickness of 3-4 mm. From the resulting layer, we cut out circles of the same size, and half of them have small round "holes" in the center. Sprinkle the baking dish with cold water and put the mugs smeared with egg white. Then we put mugs with "holes" on top of them and lubricate them with protein again. We got "plates" of dough, the bottom of which we prick with a fork. Preheat the oven to 225 degrees and bake the volovans until ready. While the oxen are cooling, we make a filling for them. Beat the bananas and chocolate butter in a blender until smooth. Then we fill the volovany with stuffing using a pastry syringe. The festive dessert is ready! Volovany with banana and chocolate butter is a food that children instantly sweep off their plates during the holiday.
