Step 1:
We prepare the products according to the list.
Step 2:
Making the dough. First you need to prepare a sourdough: we breed yeast in 150 grams of warm milk.
Step 3:
Add 3 tablespoons of flour.
Step 4:
Mix and put the sourdough in a warm place for 30 minutes for fermentation.
Step 5:
Now we are preparing the dough. Mix 350 grams of warm milk with the approaching sourdough.
Step 6:
Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and salt.
Step 7:
Pour 2 cups of sifted flour. We bring the dough to the consistency of thick sour cream and put it back in a warm place for 1 hour.
Step 8:
Eggs are ground with the remaining sugar.
Step 9:
Add melted margarine, vegetable oil and sour cream to the eggs. Mix and pour this mass into a bowl with the risen dough.
Step 10:
Mix again.
Step 11:
Pour in the remaining pre-sifted flour. We knead the dough well – it should lag behind the hands. We put the dough for 1 hour in a warm place to rise.
Step 12:
For the filling, finely chop the cabbage, pour milk level with the cabbage, salt and simmer on low heat until tender - if the cabbage is young, then 40 minutes will be enough.
Step 13:
We throw the finished cabbage into a colander and let the milk drain. Transfer to a bowl and season with butter. That's it, the filling is ready.
Step 14:
Spread the dough on the table with flour. We pinch off pieces of the same size from the dough, make tortillas out of them with our hands and put the filling in the middle.
Step 15:
Pinch the edges, forming an oblong pie.
Step 16:
Grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil, spread the pies down the seam and lubricate them with beaten egg.
Step 17:
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees and decide how much to bake yeast pies on milk with creamy cabbage? They will be ready in about 20-25 minutes.
