Cooking method

Cooking (and even butchering) such fish is a pleasure! I offer the simplest culinary recipe from pink salmon. But nevertheless very tasty! Everything ingenious is simple! So we will cut the fish ready for cooking into pieces. From pink salmon weighing 1.5 kg, I got 8 quite weighty such pieces.
We will prepare a mixture of flour and pepper, in which we will bread the pieces of pink salmon well. Pan-fried, fry them in a frying pan for 3 minutes on each side. Although it depends on the size of your pieces, of course. Keep in mind, the fish is given very quickly, it is important not to overcook it, otherwise it will be dry. Don't be afraid to undercook it – after all, we will also bake it after frying.
Put the fish on a baking sheet, sprinkle each piece with rosemary. Cut the butter into 8 thin slices, put them on top of each piece of fish. We will send it to the hot oven for 5 minutes. During this time, we urgently gather everyone at the table – the fish is the best right out of the oven! We take it out and enjoy :)
With or without a side dish – it's up to you. For me, there is no need for a side dish to the divine fish) Bon appetit!
