Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Take the products from the list.
Step 2:
Apples are washed, cut into 4 parts, remove the core with seeds. Peeled apples are cut into slices of medium thickness. We put them in a deep container, pour sugar, add lemon juice and ½ tsp. cinnamon. Mix everything well.
Step 3:
Now evenly (as in the photo) put the apples in a round baking dish (silicone, glass, Teflon, etc.), cover them with foil and bake for 30 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
Step 4:
While the apples are baking, prepare a mixture of sifted flour, hercules flakes, brown sugar and the remaining cinnamon. Mix it all in a convenient bowl.
Step 5:
Add melted butter to the resulting mixture, pour vegetable oil and apple juice.
Step 6:
Add chopped walnut kernels.
Step 7:
Mix everything thoroughly until a uniform mass is formed.
Step 8:
Temporarily remove the apple mold from the oven and remove the foil.
Step 9:
We have one step left, from which we will learn how to bake an apple dessert with nuts? We cover the apples with the cooked nut mass and return everything to the oven for further baking, but without foil. Bake until the dessert is properly browned, and the fruit becomes soft and bubbly. It will take about 30 minutes. We take the finished dish out of the oven and take it out of the mold.
Step 10:
Let the dessert cool for 15 minutes before serving. Carefully arrange the portions on plates and decorate each with a ball of ice cream or whipped cream!
It's worth knowing that apples are rich in fiber, potassium, vitamin C and folic acid. A big plus: Manganese (17% of the daily norm). Dessert is also delicious because the classic combination of apples and nuts is not only useful, but also enhances the taste and aroma of nuts.
