Step-by-step cooking
This recipe was suggested to me by my friend, a supporter of healthy eating. Proper nutrition does not mean "tasteless" at all. The main thing is to cook with soul and imagination. A bright dish of such food is stuffed cauliflower. And it's not difficult to cook it, as it may seem. Put a small head of cauliflower in a deep saucepan, fill it completely with water and bring it to a boil over high heat, then salt and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes. After the time has elapsed, we put the cabbage in a colander to drain the water. We begin to cook minced meat. We scroll through the meat with the onion in the meat grinder, break the egg, chopped herbs, as well as salt and pepper there. Knead the minced meat well. The cooled cauliflower is filled with minced meat, carefully filling all the voids between the inflorescences. Stuffing cabbage is better with your hands, trying not to break its shape. Stuffed cauliflower is transferred to a baking dish, smeared with sour cream and sprinkled with grated cheese. Bake the cabbage in the oven, heated to a temperature of 220 degrees for 45 minutes. The indicator of readiness is the appearance of a golden crust. Stuffed cauliflower is very fragrant and extremely tasty! This dish will decorate any festive table.
