Cooking method
1. Vegetables are washed, dried, peeled carrots, potatoes and pumpkin. If the potatoes are young, they can not be cleaned. We cut out the tail of the Bulgarian pepper, remove the seeds.
2. Three carrots on a coarse grater, put in a steamer bowl. On top of it we put Bulgarian pepper, cut into small pieces. Sprinkle with salt (about half, but focus on your own taste), we also put bay leaves.
3. Cut potatoes and pumpkin into cubes, spread over the rest of the vegetables. Sprinkle with a mixture of herbs and spices.
4. Cut the corn into thick rings, put it beautifully in a bowl.
5. The next layer is champignons - we cut them with plates. Again sprinkle with salt, spices and herbs.
6. Turn on the steamer for 35 minutes. At this time, we cut the asparagus, peel the green peas.
7. Put the peas and asparagus in the steamer and turn it on for another 7 minutes.
8. We put the finished vegetables in beautiful serving plates, pour olive oil on top.
Bon appetit and good health!
