Steamed broccoli in a slow cooker

Cooking method
1. We wash the cabbage, divide it into inflorescences with a knife, then cut the inflorescences to put them as compactly as possible in a steam container.
2. Pour water (about 100-150 ml) into the bowl of the slow cooker, install a steam container with broccoli, salt, select the Steam program and cook for 5 minutes.
3. After the beep, we leave the slow cooker on "Preheating" for 10 minutes.
4. Then we take out the steam container, put it under a stream of cold water.
Serve broccoli on a platter, pour sour cream and sprinkle with ground black pepper.
