Steamed broccoli in a slow cooker

Delicious side dish for a couple, be sure to try it! You can cook absolutely any cabbage for a couple in a slow cooker, especially broccoli cabbage turns out to be delicious. Thicker pieces should be placed on the bottom of the steam container, and thinner ones should be placed on the top. Broccoli can be served with sour cream or any other sauce.

Cooking method

1. We wash the cabbage, divide it into inflorescences with a knife, then cut the inflorescences to put them as compactly as possible in a steam container.

2. Pour water (about 100-150 ml) into the bowl of the slow cooker, install a steam container with broccoli, salt, select the Steam program and cook for 5 minutes.

3. After the beep, we leave the slow cooker on "Preheating" for 10 minutes.

4. Then we take out the steam container, put it under a stream of cold water.

Serve broccoli on a platter, pour sour cream and sprinkle with ground black pepper.
