Cooking method
1. Mix egg, salt and sour cream.
2. We prepare a dish for steaming in a slow cooker.
3. Cover the bottom with foil (parchment paper) or food wrap.
4. Lubricate with the resulting mixture.
5. We cut up the fish (pull out all the bones) and spread it on top of the sauce.
6. Sprinkle with pepper.
7. Sprinkle with finely chopped onions.
8. Sprinkle with grated carrots on a coarse grater.
9. Lubricate the remains of a mixture of sour cream and eggs.
10. Spread thinly sliced pickled cucumbers.
11. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Put in a slow cooker. We set the "Steam" mode for 30 minutes.
