Cooking method
Soften the butter at room temperature. Using a mixer, whisk soy sauce, vegetable oil, lemon juice, honey, garlic and ginger. Add the softened butter and mix all the ingredients well.
Turn on the grill. While it is heating up, season the thawed shrimp with salt and pepper. Apply the resulting sauce to the shrimp, and it is better to do it with a brush. Place the shrimp on the grill or grill in one layer and fry for 1 minute on each side. Ready-made shrimp can be sprinkled with herbs.
The taste is amazing, especially good with light cold beer or dry white wine. Personally, I prefer with wine.
