You can use any dumplings: homemade, pre-cooked and frozen for the future, or semi-finished products purchased in the store. I took store-bought meat dumplings. You can change the set of spices depending on your taste preferences. Boil water in a kettle, then the cooking process will speed up at times.

    Dumplings do not need to be defrosted in advance. For cooking dumplings in a microwave oven, it is better to use a clay pot or other high fireproof dishes so that the broth does not splash out during boiling. For a greater probability of keeping your microwave oven clean, it is better to put a pot of dumplings on a plate. Pour the dumplings in the pot immediately with hot water.

    You can increase the amount of water depending on which dish the dumplings will be served (second or hot in a pot with broth). Add salt to taste, if desired, you can add any other spices.
