Cooking method
1. Mix sugar, water and butter and put in the microwave for 7-10 minutes. It is necessary that the sugar has melted and slightly browned. Check the sugar in the microwave every couple of minutes so as not to overcook it.
2. Add peanuts to the melted sugar and cook in the microwave for another minute.
3. Then pour the hot mixture onto the parchment and cool in a cool place.
