Step-by-step cooking
As soon as I clean the onion and finely chop it, I immediately begin to wash and finely chop the parsley. I pass the peeled garlic through the garlic press, and I release the liver from the films and cook minced meat from it in a meat grinder. In a special microwave dish, I rub butter with onion and garlic and warm it up in the microwave at medium power for about four minutes. I pour milk into the resulting mixture and take the minced meat from the liver and warm it up in the microwave oven for another minute. I sprinkle this ready-made minced meat with breadcrumbs, salt, marjoram and ground black pepper and keep it in the refrigerator for half an hour. I take out the minced meat and form small cutlets from it. I pour minced meat into the dishes for the microwave, put the cutlets and bake for four minutes at maximum power under the lid and the same amount on average. So the most delicious tender cutlets are ready, excellent food for lunch, incomparable with mashed potatoes. I saw the recipe for liver cutlets in the microwave in the recipe book attached to the microwave oven. This is far from the only culinary recipe for a microwave oven, which will help not only reduce the time spent in the kitchen, but also significantly diversify the family diet.
