Try to cook chicken breasts according to the recipe for the microwave. It turns out fast and very tasty food. This dish will always help out when guests unexpectedly appear on the doorstep. Remove the bones from the chicken breasts and remove the skin (optional). Finely grind the crackers, grate the parmesan on a fine grater, and cheddar cheese on a large one. Mix 25 grams of parmesan with breadcrumbs. Beat the chicken egg. Then we dip the breasts in the egg and roll them in a mixture of breadcrumbs and cheese. Quickly fry them in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil on both sides. Canned tomatoes are peeled from the skin. In a bowl, mix flour with a small amount of tomato juice and add tomatoes, finely chopped mint, crushed garlic, salt and 7 tablespoons of water. Mix well and send it to the microwave to warm up at full power for 1-2 minutes. Grind the tomato sauce with a mixer. Spread the chicken breasts on a platter, pour the sauce and sprinkle with cheddar cheese, cover the top loosely with parchment paper and bake at full power for 4-5 minutes (at 70-80% power - about 7 minutes) until the sauce boils and the meat becomes soft. Then sprinkle the breasts with the remaining parmesan and bake (without covering with paper) at 100% power, another 45 seconds until the cheese melts. Chicken breasts with cheese are served with boiled potatoes, bon appetit!
