Next, you put the plate in the microwave, set the power to 600-700 watts, the time is 2 minutes (the time actually depends on the amount of food on the plate. Then you take out a plate, add a little cinnamon and berries. If the child is still small, then the berries of the ray must first be pulled out of the freezer (so that they are not so cold). An older child can put frozen berries. On a hot plate, they will give a light haze. By the way, apples baked in a microwave oven were very much liked by my grandmother, who has nothing to gnaw on apples for a long time.
