Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
We prepare the necessary products with spices for making homemade pizza from yeast dough with baked filling, then put one hundred and seventy grams of premium wheat flour sifted through a fine sieve into a suitable bowl, pour one third of a teaspoon of dry high-speed yeast into it, then add a pinch of sugar and salt to the bowl and mix between by itself all the ingredients.
Step 2:
Pour one hundred milliliters of warm boiled water into a large bowl and add two tablespoons of vegetable oil to it.
Step 3:
Pour the flour into a common bowl, then mix all the ingredients together and collect the dough.
Step 4:
Continue to knead the dough collected in the bowl with your hands until the desired consistency.
Step 5:
Collect the kneaded dough into a lump and put it in a cellophane bag, then put it in a warm place for one hour.
Step 6:
After a while, pour some premium wheat flour on the table and spread the dough, which then roll in flour and visually divide it into two approximately identical parts, one of which is put in a bag, according to our recipe, two pizzas come out.
Step 7:
To prepare one pizza, knead a piece of dough on the table and roll it out to a thin tortilla two millimeters thick, which then give a more round shape.
Step 8:
Use a rolling pin to transfer the tortilla onto a thick glass tray covered with baking paper and give the tortilla a rounded shape again.
Step 9:
To prepare the sauce, take a small bowl and put one tablespoon of ketchup into it, then one tablespoon of mayonnaise and mix together until smooth.
Step 10:
Apply the prepared tomato-mayonnaise sauce to the tortilla in a uniform layer using a cooking brush.
Step 11:
Cut into half rings three millimeters thick seventy grams of salami and evenly spread half of the sliced sausage on a flatbread.
Step 12:
Cut four cherry tomatoes into rings and spread half on a flatbread, then cut four olives into rings and spread half on a flatbread as well.
Step 13:
Take a fine grater and rub twenty-five grams of hard cheese on a flatbread, then put the flatbread in the microwave oven, which turn on the pizza auto mode function.
Step 14:
To prepare the dressing, take a small bowl and pour into it three tablespoons of vegetable oil, preferably olive oil, then add one clove of garlic passed through the press into the bowl and mix.
Step 15:
After five minutes, take the pizza out of the microwave and pour the cooked garlic dressing on top of it.
Step 16:
Cut the cooked mini-pizza into portions and serve to the table.
