Step 1:
How to make a cottage cheese pie in a slow cooker? Start by making the filling. Prepare all the products according to the list. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or punch it with a blender into a homogeneous mass. Wash the chicken eggs thoroughly. Take sour cream at least 20% fat content.
Step 2:
Put the cottage cheese in a suitable container, beat two eggs into it and mix well. Add semolina and sugar. For flavor, you can add lemon zest one teaspoon, vanilla sugar or vanilla on the tip of a knife. Mix all the ingredients with a blender or mixer into a homogeneous mass. Put the container with the finished filling aside and prepare the dough.

How to make dough for a cottage cheese pie? Measure out all the products listed in the recipe. Be sure to sift the flour to saturate it with oxygen, the splendor of the future pie will depend on it. Eggs should be at room temperature, so they should be taken out of the refrigerator in advance.
Step 4:
I melted butter in the microwave. But you can melt in the bowl of a slow cooker by turning on the Baking mode. When the butter melts, lubricate the bottom and walls of the container, pour the rest into the container.
Step 5:
In a suitable container, mix two eggs and sugar with a mixer. Sugar can be replaced with a sweetener that is not afraid of heat treatment.
Step 6:
Add sour cream and melted butter (approximately 1 table. leave a spoonful of oil to lubricate the bowl of the slow cooker). Mix everything thoroughly with a mixer again.
Step 7:
Now add soda, sift cocoa. Mix it up. Add the flour in parts, mixing thoroughly with a mixer or fork. Flour differs in its properties, because it may need more or less than indicated in the recipe. Focus on the desired consistency of the dough.
Step 8:
The dough should be homogeneous, smooth, like thick sour cream.
Step 9:
Lubricate the bottom and walls of the multivark bowl with butter.
Step 10:
Pour the chocolate batter into a bowl and smooth the surface with a silicone spatula.
Step 11:
Put the curd filling on top of the dough and gently spread it over the entire surface. Bake the pie by turning on the Baking mode. In my slow cooker, the pie was ready in 80 minutes. You look at your technique, considering its features. When the alarm sounds, do not open the lid of the slow cooker. Turn on the Heating mode for 20 minutes, after which the cottage cheese pie can be removed.
Step 12:
Cake with cottage cheese in a slow cooker, powder with powdered sugar on top. Decorate according to your taste, for example, with fresh mint leaves, berries. Or sprinkle grate dark chocolate on top. It is very tasty with tea, coffee, cocoa or warm milk!
Be sure to wash the eggs before use, as even the seemingly clean shell may contain harmful bacteria. It is best to use food detergents and a brush.
Keep in mind that the cooking time and mode are indicated approximately in the recipe. All slow cookers work differently and even the same models of the same manufacturer may have their own characteristics. Before you start cooking a new dish for you in a slow cooker, carefully study the instructions for it, and then in practice try to cook dishes that are familiar to you first, and then new ones, choosing the mode and time individually for your own technique.
