Step 1:

Step 2:
Put beef tongue, prepared vegetables, spices, salt in the bowl of the slow cooker.
Step 3:
Pour cold water over the tongue with vegetables, so that it slightly covers the tongue itself. Turn on the "Quenching" mode for 2-3 hours. It took me two hours to cook beef tongue. If there is less water in the bowl during quenching, it is better not to top up, but to turn the tongue itself. The finished tongue is soft and juicy.
Step 4:
When the tongue in the slow cooker is ready, get it out of the bowl of the slow cooker. Under cold water, clean it immediately from the skin, it is very easy to clean.
Step 5:
Beef tongue is ready to eat. It is very good to use as a slicing for sandwiches or as a main ingredient for salads.
