Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the required number of products according to the list. Fish soup in a slow cooker will be cooked from mackerel. We take the frozen fish, defrost it. We clean vegetables – potatoes, carrots, onions.
Step 2:
Cut onion and carrot into small cubes.
Step 3:
Cut the potatoes into large cubes.
Step 4:
Put onions, carrots and potatoes in the bowl of the slow cooker, sprinkle with salt and spices, put the bay leaf.
Step 5:
Add the washed millet to the vegetables, mix.
Step 6:
Gut the mackerel, remove the heads and cut into pieces.
Step 7:
Put the pieces of fish in the bowl of the slow cooker on vegetables.
Step 8:
Pour water into the bowl of the slow cooker.
Step 9:
Place the filled bowl in the slow cooker.
Step 10:
Close the multivark with a lid and turn on the soup preparation program for 25 minutes.
Step 11:
After the signal of the slow cooker about the end of the program, turn the valve on the lid, let off steam, then lift the lid from the slow cooker and add chopped dill to the ear.
Step 12:
The ear in the slow cooker is ready, mix it and pour it on plates.
Step 13:
Fish soup cooked in a slow cooker is served hot for lunch.
