Cooking method
1. Clean the fish - remove the scales, cut off the fins.
2. Cut the fish into pieces about 3 cm thick, put them in a bowl.
3. Add salt, coriander, spices to the fish. Mix well.
4. Pour hot water into the bowl of the slow cooker, install the grill of the steamer, on which put sprigs of fresh parsley and dill inflorescences.
