Step 1:

Pour in the melted margarine. Mix gently. The dough should remain light.
Step 7:
Add lemon zest. Mix gently. My husband is a lover of lemons, so he provided me with lemon peel for the future)
Step 8:
Drain the water from the raisins, add it to the dough.
Step 9:
Mix everything again, evenly distributing the raisins.
Step 10:
Brush the bowl of the slow cooker with margarine, and pour in the dough. You can lubricate with vegetable oil.
Step 11:
Bake for 45 minutes. Be guided by your slow cooker, you may need a little more time. Check the readiness with a wooden stick.
Step 12:
Put the finished cupcake on the grill, cover with a clean towel, leave it to cool for a short time.
Step 13:
Cupcake can be served just like that, but it tastes better if sprinkled with powdered sugar or sprinkled with icing. Have a nice tea party!
