Cooking method

Cooking time: 4 hours

1. Prepare two containers, pour sugar, flour, cocoa powder and soda into one, break eggs into the other, pour vegetable oil and kefir. Mix the liquid ingredients with a whisk, then combine them with the dry ingredients, mix the dough thoroughly. The mass turned out to be a little thicker than on pancakes.

2. Lubricate the bowl of the slow cooker with vegetable oil, pour out the dough, select the "Baking" program and the cooking time is 1 hour, after the beep we keep it in the "Heating" mode for 10 minutes. Then we remove the cake from the slow cooker using a steam strainer, cool it, cut it into three equal parts.

3. Put the boiled condensed milk in a bowl, add sour cream, beat with a mixer until smooth. Each cake is soaked with syrup, generously smeared with cream, so we assemble the cake.

4. Peanuts are crushed in a blender coarsely, dried in the oven or in a dry frying pan. While the peanuts are cooling down, prepare the glaze: pour cocoa into a saucepan, add sugar, pour milk, send it to the fire, with constant stirring with a whisk, bring the glaze to a boil, then remove from the heat, add a small piece of butter. When the butter has completely melted and the glaze has cooled to room temperature, pour it over the cake and sprinkle with peanuts.

Let the cake soak for 2 hours, after which we serve it on the table.

Have a sweet tea party!
