Cooking method
We take minced chicken or buy chicken breast and make minced chicken through a meat grinder, mix with bran. Peel the onion, cut into cubes, lightly fry in water (you can in vegetable oil, if desired), mix the minced meat with onions, salt and pepper.
We form cutlets and put them in a slow cooker on the "Steamed" mode. To give a crispy crust, you can fry in a non-stick frying pan.
