Cooking method
1. Chicken legs are washed, cut into a couple of pieces, salt and breaded on all sides in flour.
2. Pour vegetable oil into the bowl of the slow cooker, spread the prepared bird, select the "Frying" program, fry each piece on both sides. It is best to divide the chicken into 2-3 batches so that each piece has time to brown well.
3. All the fried meat is placed in a bowl of a slow cooker, add sour cream, ground black pepper, garlic squeezed through a press and ground paprika.
4. And now pour hot water, add salt to taste, choose the "Stewing" program and cook for 40 minutes.
Serve hot on the table with any side dish.
