- meanwhile, cut the salmon into slices, peel the garlic, pass it through a press, chop the onion finely;
- put sour cream in a small bowl, add salt and pepper, put garlic mush and chopped onion, enrich the sauce with dry spices to taste, mix;
- fry pine nuts in a dry frying pan (without adding oil);
- make a deep incision on baked potatoes, put a piece of salmon and a little sauce in it, sprinkle with pine nuts;
- in this way, stuff all the potatoes.
