Cooking method
First, grate the washed and peeled carrots on a coarse grater. cut lemon into rings. Rinse the fish under running water and cut into portions.
Take a sheet of foil.Put the grated carrots on the foil. On it - lemon mugs. On top of the lemon - pieces of fish.
Mix mayonnaise with sour cream separately and cover the fish with this sauce. Wrap the foil.
Pour a little water on the bottom of the slow cooker and put a steaming bowl on top. Put the foil with the fish on the bowl. And put the cartoon on the "Steaming" mode for 30 minutes.
