Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the products - peel and wash the potatoes. It is better to use boiling water (which we will pour). This will shorten the cooking time, and in general it is better to pour boiling water over potatoes - this will save more vitamins))))
Step 2:
Cut the potatoes into large pieces, salt and pepper to taste, pour boiling water so that it only covers the potatoes. We put the bowl in the slow cooker, select the program "steam", we set the time - 15 minutes.
Step 3:
After the signal of the slow cooker about the end of the program, check the readiness of the potatoes - pierce with a knife, it should be very easy to stick in and take out) If it seems to you that the potatoes are not ready enough, add another 5 minutes on the same program, this will be enough for sure. Drain the water carefully from the finished potatoes (if you want, you can put it in a saucepan, I prefer to do everything in the bowl of a slow cooker).
Step 4:
Mash the potatoes with a potato masher, add butter ...
Step 5:
The milk should be warm, you can say hot.
Step 6:
Pour hot milk into our puree and knead it well again.
Step 7:
Our delicious and fragrant puree is ready)))
Step 8:
Serve the puree hot and enjoy)) Bon appetit!
