Step 1:
To prepare a delicious potato casserole with mushrooms, we prepare the necessary products with spices.

Not very finely chop three hundred grams of champignons.

We spread the chopped champignons to fry in a slow cooker, adding vegetable oil to taste, which we distribute well over it with a brush.
Step 4:
We cut not very finely two heads of onions.
Step 5:
Add the chopped onion to the slow cooker to the mushrooms.
Step 6:
Mix the mushrooms and onions well and fry for about twenty minutes, not forgetting to stir with a spatula.
Step 7:
Grate five potatoes on a coarse grater in a deep bowl.
Step 8:
Also grate one carrot into a bowl on a coarse grater.
Step 9:
Break two chicken eggs into a bowl with vegetables and mix all the ingredients thoroughly until smooth.
Step 10:
Add a mixture of peppers and salt to a bowl with a homogeneous vegetable mass to taste.
Step 11:
Spread a homogeneous vegetable mass with an egg from a large bowl into a slow cooker and mix thoroughly, press well with a spatula.
Step 12:
Turn on the slow cooker for baking mode and close the lid and cook the casserole for forty minutes, then let the casserole sweat for twenty minutes with the slow cooker turned off.
Step 13:
