Cooking method
To begin with, we will prepare a dry mixture for apple pie. In a deep dry bowl, combine flour, semolina, sugar, baking powder for dough and cinnamon. Whisk everything with a whisk so that the mixture becomes homogeneous and evenly mixed.
Apples are better to take firm, but juicy enough. Pie is a great way to use sour apples that you don't want to eat just fresh. Peel the fruit, grate it on a grater, you can use a large one. Sprinkle the grated apples with lemon juice so that they do not darken - then the pie in the cut will turn out light and beautiful.
Lubricate the bowl of the slow cooker with solid butter. Do not neglect this point, because the finished cake should move well away from the edges to look presentable when serving. If desired, you can additionally sprinkle the walls with semolina or flour.
Pour one third of the dry mixture of flour, semolina and sugar to the bottom of the bowl of the multivark. We level and spread half of the grated apples. We distribute the fruit chips evenly, press tightly, which will give the finished cake clear layers.
Sprinkle the second third of the dry mixture, then again a layer of apples, press down and finish with the remaining third of the dry component.
Butter should be well frozen. We take it out of the freezer immediately before use. Rub the butter on a coarse grater and scatter over the surface of the pie.
We set the baking mode on the slow cooker, set the bowl, close the lid and turn on cooking for 50 minutes. The valve should be slightly open. As soon as the process is over, we detach the edges of the pie with a spatula and take it out using a steam grate, turning the bowl over. This should be done very carefully so as not to get burned and not to drop the pie. Let the pie cool a little on the grill, decorate with powdered sugar on top and serve to the table.
Have a nice tea party! Delicious and beautiful pastries!
