Fragrant pizza in a slow cooker is very simple! It used to seem impossible to bake pizza in a slow cooker, but after trying it once, I can't imagine how I could bake in a different way before - it's very convenient and simple!

To start, prepare the dough:
- pour kefir into a deep bowl, pour soda into it (wait a minute or two until the reaction passes);
- pour in the melted margarine, add salt and sugar;
- break the egg, mix everything;
- now we sift flour to the finished mixture, knead the dough on the work surface powdered with flour, if necessary, add more flour (the dough should be elastic and elastic, should not stick to the hands).

While the dough is "resting", prepare the sauce:
- rinse the tomatoes, cut a little on top, pour boiling water over them and remove the skin;
- grind the pulp;
- select the "Multi-cooker" mode and the temperature is 160 degrees. Fry the tomato pulp in olive oil for 5 minutes;
- pour into a separate bowl, add tomato paste, garlic and dried basil, salt, pepper, mix.

We knead the dough, roll it into a flat cake, make a couple of punctures with a fork, put it into the bowl of a slow cooker.

We apply the prepared sauce to the base, retreating from the edge about one and a half centimeters. Cut the mozzarella into thin plates, spread on the surface.

Bake pizza for 20 minutes using the "Pizza" program.

We immediately remove the finished pizza from the bowl of the slow cooker and serve it on the table, garnished with fresh basil and sprinkled with black pepper.
