Cooking method
1. Using a blender, turn the cookies into crumbs, add melted butter to it. Mix it up.
2. In a silicone mold, we spread a mixture of crumbs and butter. Carefully tamped and sent to the refrigerator.
3. Beat the cheese with condensed milk and egg yolks, and add vanilla sugar.
4. Whisk the proteins to stable peaks.
5. Mix the two masses into one very carefully and put them into a mold that has managed to stand in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
6. Pour water (1 liter) into the bottom of the multivark, lower the silicone mold and bake in the "Baking" mode for 40 minutes.
7. After we let the cheesecake stand for 40-60 minutes with the lid closed and 5 hours in the refrigerator.
Serve on the table, decorating as desired.
