Cooking method
Prepare the dough:
- melt the butter in the microwave;
- break eggs into a bowl, pour sugar and thoroughly rub everything with a fork;
- pour kefir into the egg mixture, add melted butter;
- sift flour together with soda to all the ingredients, knead the dough (it should turn out thick, but not steep);
- divide the dough into 2 parts, add the sifted cocoa to one of them, stir well.
Now lubricate the bowl of the slow cooker with butter. Spread the dough in layers alternately - a spoonful of white, a spoonful of brown. Set the BAKING mode and the time to 30 minutes. After the beep, do not rush to get the cupcake - let it stand for another 5 minutes under the closed lid.
Put the finished cupcake on a platter and serve it to the table.
